The Lake Fork Anglers 16th tournament of 2015 is Thursday Sept 24 out of Oak Ridge Marina.

Registration starts at 6:00 AM at Oak Ridge. The tournament starts at 7:00 AM and runs until 3:00 PM. You have until 3:30 PM to bring your score sheets to be scored with payout and "the rest of the story" to follow.

Anglers may go out of any ramp they want too.

Right now the lake is over run will baby bass schoolers. Unlike the last several years when fish were busting on bait it was always sand bass. Not this year. It is all black bass. Little but hungry.


1st went to Bill Ailes with 3 bass for 12.94 with the 7.56 lunker of the day.
2nd went to Bruce Allen with 5 bass for 7.75 and the 1.96 lunker .
3rd went to Jack White with 3 bass for 7.69 with a 6.77 lunker.

The LFA fishes every other Thursday daytime at Lake Fork only. Persons interested in joining or fishing as a guest should PM me or e-mail me at sjbasser@aol.com.

Boat seat drawings are held after the 2nd tournament each month for the following month.
