on his day off when he can't go fishing? He might take this

and turn it into this

I could really use some input on some new color combos. I have lost my creativity and seems (we'll call it tiers block).

On a side note, I did hit up a local lake Wednesday night (Buffalo Springs to be exact). Much to my surprise, I was able to catch 12 crappie in 8 feet of water. I tried all types of jigs, but they really only wanted a 1/48 oz hand tied (blue and chartreuse). I need it to cool off just a little more. Good fishing everyone.

Chris

Thanks banker! I just made a list of baits to make on rainy days or days when I just can't fish. So far, I have come up with 51 combinations. I will post one of each bait when I am done....which might be awhile as I can't just tie ONE of each color. I am looking at 8-20 of each combination so I will have extras (will be between 600-800 jigs). OH BOY!!
Keep up the great reports!

I sell some when asked (mostly while frequenting some of the various crappie houses) , but not really my intention. I had surgery last year and was out of commission for 8 weeks. I got bored, bought some materials, and haven't looked back. It's really just a hobby that my kids and I got into. PM me if you need something though...maybe we can work something out Crappie Hogger.
And thanks Jasoniam....
