I did a search for H2O rods and didn't find much so sorry if this is redundant. My wife backed over 2 of my bass pro carbonlite rods last night pulling into the garage. My son knocked them off my rod holders. I am looking to replace them since I didn't buy the replacement plan on them through bass pro. I saw academy has some h2o rods for decent prices with good reviews on their site. I will be using them for bass, crank baits, spinner baits etc. Anyone have any reccomendation on a specific H2O rod? Thanks.

Know a lot of people use them for all kinds of fishing and everyone has there own comments. Just don't loose your receipt because if you break it you can take it back for a replacement as long as it was on a hook set or something to the fact, A lot of people say a heavy is a medium heavy and the xtra heavy is a heavy. I bought my grandson 2 rods and they were medium heavy and he has put them through the mill and he's happy with them so Im sure you'll be fine for now with them.

They are good rods for the price. You don't even need to save your reciept though. Since they are H20 brand Academy will replace them pretty much no matter what happens to them. Great customer service at Academy!

Big fan here...H20 Ethos is my choice, and you will probably be happy. Sports Academy is my favorite, for fishing gear, slingshot gear, bow gear, shoes, baseball gloves, Dallas Stars stuff, heck, I can even get a Snickers there!
