Did I read somewhere in the past that the parking lot/boat ramp was being updated? If so, did they do it?

Yes it has been repaired. The road going in is much improved as well as the parking area. I hear that the fishing hasn't been that bad either considering that water temps are in the upper 90's on the discharge side.

I will have to admit the improved road and parking is a big step in the right direction. I thought that would never get done much less a restroom. I went out to take a look at it but didn't fish. Couldn't believe it. Haven't heard any reports but there were only two trailers there. Give it about a month and it will start getting used a lot more.

Lake was low last time I was out there. Still trash everywhere and we saw a few folks hanging out in the parking lot that made me nervous to leave my vehicle there.

You definately don't want to leave anything of value in your vehicle there. The "meth monsters" like that lake.
