Looking for input on an all around spinning rod for under a hundred bucks...Gonna use it primarily for bass fishin ponds locally and creeks as well!! lookin at a Med Med/light rod best bang for the buck...
JUST NO SHIMANO or Daiwa...They dont like me lol...

I like my Pflueger President 6735 on its Cabela's rod...I think it's now a 6935 model, but same reel...$49-59!

I just noticed you asked about the "rod" and not the reel...I use a Cabela's Carbonite, MH rod, no problems...

TFO Signature. You can get them up to 7'6" long. I'd get a MH over a medium as the medium is pretty light and the medium light is whippy. I've got all three and really prefer the MH for all around fishing.
