Started fishing Fork for channel cats last June. At first I was not having much success, fishing with shad, shrimp, a number of nasty concoctions that people had suggested. I have caught lots of blue and channel cats in area lakes using fresh shad, but shad was not working as well at Fork. About 4 weeks ago I read several posts on this forum about Stubbys cheese bail and reluctantly decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Since I started using it I have simply tearing em up. I have yet to go out not catch all I wanted. A limit is no problem. I have yet to pull up on one of my newly found spots, and not wait more than 5 - 10 minutes to get the first bite, after that it is nonstop. I have to stop fishing to get a drink of water or a snack or smoke. Also, think it is the cleanest Cat bait I have ever used. Reminds me of cookie dough. easy clean up. Sold on Stubbys.
