Lots of fish in the creeks on the south end. Either side of the dam/gates hold fish. Front of the power plant. Rocky banks/ points on nw side. As you pull in the parking lot use the ramp on your left. Will need to back the truck in the water to float your boat off the trailer.

While not what you were looking for I think the warnings you have been given need to be taken seriously.

If you don't think the warnings are valuable input, don't come crying when you find out it was true. The guys were just trying to be a buddy and help you. A 'thanks' would have sufficed.

Never had a single thing happen to mine nor barryfish property or any trouble. We've fished it a lot and he's fished the lake for years and more than anyone I know.

I used to fish the lake all the time. Never had one single incident that concerned me.
It's a pretty good ol' lake. Good fish in the creeks, the dam and the old runway areas.
I ain't skeered.

"..The pleasantist angling is to see the fish
Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.
