Well the temp picks up a bit this week but fall temperature could be upon us as early as next week. So it's time to dust off my Magellan Mag2 wader for fall. I also have Cabelas neoprene 5mm wader for Winter.

So I'm just curious what kind of waders do y'all use?

Why do I go fishing? To catch a box of fish and/or some quality time under the sun. Thank Heaven I never fail fishing in Texas, catching box fish or plenty of sunburn.

I have this one for 3 years now, had fished in temp in 30s, with a pair wool socks, you're good to go for hours in the water Cabelas Neostretch 5mm neoprene wader

I use the Magellan breathable waders all Fall and Winter.
Stay just as warm in them as the neoprene waders IMO.
As they get older they usually develop a hole somewhere on the seams but
a tent seam sealer kit makes a good wader repair kit.

Good tips thumb my Mag2 supposed TB breathable but it seems to build up fine film of moisture along inner wall of wader so had layered up a lot to use it for winter. I got lazy and bought the 5mm neoprene for winter. laugh
