I posed in boats and motors section as well but thought I may get a few more views here.I've lost power. Ran fine this morning. Idles fine. Boggs down when I try to get on plane. Any ideas?

it may be pulling a vacuum on the line. Shut the motor down, squeeze the primer bulb several times then try again. There may be a small piece of trash in the line blocking a good flow to the motor.

If it is a two stroke Yami it is probably the O2 sensor.

If it's a Mercury pro xs, sounds like a coil. If they have never been replaced, a few years ago Mercury had a bad lot of coils installed and started replacing as they blew.

It's a 99 optimax 200hp. Changed fuel line that looked bad and tried it out. Still doing the same thing

Mine does that every now and then. Put it in reverse give it gas and then it runs fine.
