Barlows Tackle is just south down 75 in Richardson off the Arapaho Rd. exit. Not far from Plano.

Yep Barlows is a great old school style tackle shop. Go see them if you can. Cabelas is 5 min to the north in Allen at Stacy Road and 75.

Barlow's is open until 6pm today, but closed on the weekends

Another good one is Fishin' World on West Lovers Lane right by Love Field. They are open today until 6pm and open on Saturdays until 5pm/Closed on Sundays.

Barlows is garbage now. Used to be really solid. They had the Worm bar and it was awesome....not so much anymore. They have switched to mainly online business. All the good stuff is behind the walls in inventory.

Fishin World is solid off Lovers! And as stated, Allen has Cabela's.

I didn't know Barlow's went downhill like that. I haven't been in there in years....since my tourney days. Sad to hear that.

What Barlow's has on display is just the tip of the iceburg. When you go to their store, just grab one of their catalogs (usually on the front counter). If they don't have it on the display shelves, the clerk will just go next door and grab it from the inventory/mail order warehouse.
