Over here in Alabama juggin' for cats is way more popular than rod-&-reel. Do any of you guys jug?
Thinking of making jug on the same principle as making my floats.

Back when I fished for bass only, I would throw out a few and almost always caught some for dinner.

love jug fishing! I like to crappie fish while my jugs soak. I usually bait with fresh shad.

A few years ago I fished trotlines jugs limblines and I had a ball with all of them. But I have been pole fishing for about 8 years now and we like it better than all the others.On this forum and many others Jugs Trotlines and Limblines get a bad rap because some people that put them out are not responsible about takiing them up when they are through with them.As a coonhunter I see alot of this.

Love to jug fish. Also use them to see where the fish are for rod fishing.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, ARKMAY. I've had a lot of trouble finding the fish this season. I think if I had started using jugs, I would have been able to establish a pattern.
Do you guys chum when you jug?
