I noticed Saturday that the Katie's wood ramp was open. I think that they are still having to use the high water ramp. Wish I would have known that before I spent $20 at Silver Lake, because the high water ramp there is now an issue that the water has gone down. You have to back you vehicle in the water where the back tire is almost under to get a boat launched. Needless to say Silver Lake's business it about to slow down. I hope they enjoyed it while it lasted.

I launched at Katie's Saturday morning and there is parking for about 10 trucks. I noticed when I was leaving that the lot was starting to fill with people enjoying the park.

www.lake-grapevine.com/parks says this: Lake Grapevine Partially Closed Most parks and public boat ramps on Lake Grapevine are currently closed due to high water. Oak Grove Park is now open! Murrell Park is at least partially open.
