I've been wanting to fish some of these baits but just want to see of anyone has fished them at any dfw area lakes. So let's here it guys?

The closest thing I have come to it is letting the Fluke drop to the strike zone weightless. At least I am not loosing $15 to $25 using the real thing in the tree tops.

I've tried several times and the only thing is I lost two (don't let it sink to the bottom, it hangs up easily) and on another I was able to get it back but the hooks and prop were bent. Even after straightening, it doesn't run true anymore.
