Do big swimbaits still work on lakes with small baitfish or lakes with small bass.I also fish some pretty small lakes.Lakes like Waxahachie and lake Clark.

Smaller Bass are eating machines. You will catch the numbers using smaller baits. If you want to catch the larger bass try using a larger bait; sometimes this helps when you get it in front of a big fish. All you can do is try the larger swimbait. You can always go back to smaller when you want to consistently catch smaller bass. Little Bass want to be big; so you will catch a few small ones even on the bigger baits.
