Aaron's a good dude. I got to ride with him one year in the TTBC. He thinks about what's going on and talks about it more than any of the pros I have ridden with. I liked riding with him the best. He has crazy good skills and his preparation is second to none. He is as good as there is over the last 5 years or so.

I hope he gets it. One of my favorite tournament anglers, he seems like a cool guy, and it's great how he's a bass fisherman but has that SoCal beach bum accent. I'm waiting for him to whip out a crankbait that looks like a miniature surfboard one day.

What's funny about Aaron is that people know him for his drop shoting and finesse but he says he hates fishing that way. Prefers to power fish but man is he good with light line. Shows u that you can excell at any tecnique if you work on it enough.

He just officially clinched it and doesn't even need to fish the championship. Funny thing is he overslept today and said he woke up when it was already light out.

I find him quite entertaining. Yeah, his whines get old but one thing is for sure with him, you always know exactly what he is thinking in his head. That cant be said for a lot of those guys when the camera is on them. He can be quite hard to understand at times but my gosh, the dude is a machine.
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.
