 live well pump problems?? 2009 skeeter

I have a 2009 ZX 225 Skeeter, my re circulation pump and live well pump on the driver side are not working, but when I put a meter on them there is 12 volts going to them. But the pumps do not run. when I put them directly on a battery they work. I checked the fuses but none are bad. Anybody got any Ideas? If necessary I can put 2 temporary switches in and put a timer on the re circulation side, but I would rather have them working factory.

I've had the same issue, Move the connection around on the back of your panel. With all the bouncing it comes a little loose.
