At a price point of about 140$ each, what is everyones opinion on the better reel. i realize i am setting this up for a shimano vs abu debate but have no experience with the new curado and need some info. i have lots of shimanos and love them all. i have one of the new stx aswell and it seems like a good reel too. I am open to suggestions and value everyones opinion. Thanks for the help!

FYI the "I" get noisy after a few outings, a drop of oil as shown by the Schematic will remedy it.

I would go to a store that carries both of them and hold them. I love my Revo's, but not the Gen 3's. The Gen 3 reel has a bigger gearbox that makes holding the reel uncomfortable, when worm and jig fishing, to me. Your opinion might vary.

Thanks for all the info guys! I ended up getting the 200I off ebay for 136$ free shipping. I have read some great reviews on the reel with very few complaints. I have an stx and fish with it every trip and like it too so not to discredit the stx, i like it and its a fine reel. I stopped by gander mountain in texarkana last weekend and go to play with both side by side and just preferred the 200I. Personal preference i guess. I will let you guys know how it does but being a shimano im sure everyone already knows the answer to that! Its my wifes bday this weekend so i will have to wait till the weekend of the 13 to test it out, ouch!!
