I'll be there for three days starting tomorrow and was hoping for some info also. If anything I can let you know how my trip goes.

We'll be fishing mid to south lake - staying at Fin and Feather. Probably going to focus on Housen Bay community hole and grass that gets close to the river channel unless I hear other wise:)

Got on the water about 430pm. Being as it was my first time one this lake I spent an hour trying to understand the channel markers. (Could have ended bad!) Started fishing main lake points around Housen Bay but the wind was really strong so I gave up after about an hour. Ran across the lake to the Louisiana side and found some schooling fish on the first point I stopped at. Ended up catching 7 with the biggest being 3 pounds. All fish came on a 6XD. About every thirty minutes you would see the bass push the shad to the surface. Tomorrows plan is to get out earlier and fish the area slower for some bigger fish. Hopes this helps you for next week.

Had a good trip.
Fish we caught were 6-12' on grass flats. Jigs and big worms (10"-12"in junebug).

2 1/2 days we only caught one short fish with our big fish coming in at 8.01

Can't wait to get back!
