I'm off the rest of the week. Thinking about taking on that long paddle to get to the promise land of Monticello up in the lilly pads way up on the north end. Anyone care to join, come on!! Will try to get to the boat ramp before sunrise to get going. I doubt you can access the water from off the 127 bridge, at least that's the way it was the last time I went over there a couple years ago. So guess you have to start at the ramp. Dang, what is it, about 2 - 2.5 mile paddle? If you think Mr. Honey Hole Wilcox had any influence on my decision, you'd be right! But I was planning this before I got suckered in!
