The low oil level alarm wont shut off. Ran it low one time. Filled it , alarm still screaming. Un plugged it at the motor. ran a few tanks of oil through it. it is oiling fine. Any cheap tips to get it back right?

There are 5 different alarms on that motor. Is it a steady beep or 1 to 5 second intervals?

If the warning stops when you unplug the tank sensor, you need to replace the whole tank assembly because the float in it has gone bad.

I had that happen on my old boat. The float gets saturated and sinks and that's what set's off the alarm. I unplugged it and kept the tank full. Easy fix.

Unplugging the sensor is not smart. Better to remove the oil injection. These motors have enough problems with breaking oil lines. I have had to rebuild several of these motors because of it. Oil line breaks and motor will be toast before the low oil alarm sounds.
