Yes it opened. Have a buddy who went, said they caught lots of fish......nothing big, but a consistent bite.

Launched at 6 am and the ramp was not bad. Caught 16 dinks and a 5-11. Lake was getting crazy at noon when I left.

I launched around 6:30, it wasn't too bad. Picked up around 10:30 and it was crazy. It was nice that the park had a person there directing traffic. I was alone so it was a little more frustrating--for the others trying to launch. I did catch a few small ones. BUT, it was nice to be back on a lake without having to drive very far. Fishing after work just became doable again!

I did catch a few small ones. BUT, it was nice to be back on a lake without having to drive very far. Fishing after work just became doable again! Good to know. Been dreading the fact I had to drive far to get anywhere i could launch. School starts tomorrow so 80% of the pleasure boaters won't be around on the weekdays..
