Just left Lake Arlington after a little fly casting practice. I did not realize you can now rent personal water craft or a pontoon boat at the lake. Just what that little lake needs, people on the lake who may not have any idea about water safety. Someone will probably be seriously injured before the season is over with.

That lake and all others are already filled with people who don't need to be on the water.

No argument there...What else can you do at all kinds of different speeds without a license??

I don't agree with Government dictating who, what, when, and where we can do things, BUT, I don't believe anyone should endanger others while enjoying their pleasurable past times. I wish folks had enough common sense to realize a boat doesn't operate like a car. IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY BRAKES!!! They also should realize they are not experienced at operating a boat and find someone who is to help them learn before going solo. just my

I was there Sunday evening...I heard a guy yelling so I turned around to see a ski boat clipping along at about 45ish with a guy standing on the bow screaming doing the "Titanic move". All I could think was why and Darwin here he comes....

Friday night about 9:20 there were 3 wave runners doing donuts and riding around out in front of Arkansas ramp.
Only reason I saw them was the spray and waves they were creating. I cussed em pretty good but not sure they understood me.

That lake is a circus this year.

This time of the year most lakes are circuses during the weekend..
