So yesterday was my birthday, I Had took the day off to go fishing with my dad. We got good bait and out first drift produced 10 blues. Set up on our second one and got 5 more. I was like this is gonna be a good day. A big thunderstorm popped up our of no where and forced us to get off the lake. We tried to sit it out,but it showed no signs of stopping so we headed home soaked. We still had a lot of good bait so we headed out again this morning. Wind was a little different today so had to do some adjusting to find them. Once we did it didn't take long to fill the cooler. We caught around 30-35 fish today and just kept what we needed. I've been fishing 18-24 ft. all summer and its been working pretty good.

Nice catch! I was out there yesterday morning with my son and father in a little 14' jon. We had a few jugs out while we tried to find some channels up around Friendship and the dam. No luck on the channels and only one blue. Had a blast on the water though, and left just before it started raining.
