HI I'm a student at A&M recently bought my first kayak. Wondering if there are any good places to take out the kayak and fish in the Bryan and College Station area. Thanks for any feed back!! Not looking for your fishing holes, just hoping to find a place with not to much big bass boat traffic.

Search TFF for videos by hook-line&sinker. He makes some really nice ones kayak fishing the creeks around Somerville. Gig 'em.

It can be tough to fish but I have had good luck at times on Bryan utilities lake. I did better there the last time up there than I did out on Gibons Creek.
If I were you I would make the short drive down to La Grange and fish Fayette County. Incredible bass fishing from the yak there. You won't be disappointed that you made the short drive.
Gig Em!!!! Whoooop!!
