I'm liking the breaded and baked bluegills. I still fry them sometimes, but think they are just as good this way and there is no grease to clean up after cooking it, not to mention it is more healthy. Can't figure out how to keep the images from posting upside down.

My guess is fresh bluegills, Hill country peaches, texas blueberries, and garden fresh tomatoes mixed in with that avocado and croutons! I wasn't hungry till I saw your pics!

Yep, you have it right. Also scooped vanilla ice cream on the fruit. In another week or two the ice cream will be Bluebell.

Yeah, I like'em baked this way as well. It really is just as good and deep-fat fried. Honestly I've been using the George Foreman grill as well without the breading.
