This past 2 weeks ive been out at a spot I know and get 1-5 solid runs a night using live perch on circles, kahles and j hooks but I cant get a hookup for sone reason. My circle hooks dont get hooked deep in the perch so the gap isnt the issue. Ive let them load up my rod and set the hook using kahles and j hooks but only get about 5-10 seconds of solid weight/run before it comes loose. Any ideas or suggestions?
