Very cool! clap Kinda odd not to see any Longears or Redbreasts, but they normally occupy more riverine areas and I didn't notice much current in the vid. Very cool to see the river from that POV. Thanks!

Thank you, glad you guys enjoyed it. Yes I was hoping for some Longears or some Rios. This was a slower part of the river. I didn't get to explore as much river as I'd hoped.

Yes I was just diving down with a mask and snorkel, no fins. It was interesting the bluegills and bass were less weary under that tree, I found some other structure with as many fish but they were camera shy.

We're already talking about our next trip!

Nope, the one I caught was swimming in a school with two others about his size. Its hard to tell in the video, but that bass was a hawg! I'm estimating the one in the video to be around 4 or 5 lbs. He could have eaten the one I caught, literally.
