Have not posted in couple weeks. So here is the run down. Striper fishing in the lake is still hit or miss with more miss than hit. Sand Bass are saving the day on the lake and even a few small hybrids showing up that washed out of some lakes up stream during the flooding! Catfishing still good. Fishing below the dam is beyond crazy! Gates go off Tuesday and then just hydro power. This weekend ran a double in the river Saturday and absolutely put the smack down on the fish. The morning trip we kept 15 stripers and 15 catfish the afternoon trip they caught stripers on top water for 3.5 hours and called it a day and kept 20. I am curious how the fishing is below lake Livingston dam? anyone fish down there lately?

Nice job Tim. Sunday's trip produced one quick flurry of box fish then sandbass after that. I only saw sandbass being caught. It was over by 8:30. The Sportsman worked out nicely.
