I just wanted to share a story that I thought deserved some attention. It seems good customer service is hard to come by these days and Mariner Sails deserves a pat on the back for this one.

A buddy and I decided to make the 450 mile trek from Lubbock, TX to Lake Fork to fish in the Tournament on 8/8. The day before the tournament my buddy hit a stump in his Slayer Propel and broke one of the blades off his propeller. While sitting in my kayak on Lake Fork fishing I sent Todd a PM through TFF he called me back to get details. Before we knew it the Mariner Sails folks had taken a prop off one of their propels in the show room floor and bring it to us at the captains meeting.

I would like to personally thank everyone who was involved in getting us this prop as we were almost helpless. Yes he could have paddled the Slayer easily but the fact is he didn't have to. And it is all because of the great customer service Mariner Sails provided.

Mariner Sails are a great bunch of folks! Love their customer service, and we have purchased three kayaks from them!

They have great people at Mariner Sails. Aris took care of me when I had an issue with a kayak that I purchased there a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah I heard the story from the broken prop guy himself and mariner sails is a class act for pulling one off the demo and bringing it to him at the lake. That kind of stuff is unheard of.

Yeah they are a bunch of pretty decent guys..... until you call them in the middle of the night telling them you have run out of beer.

I'll probably hang onto the phone number any way....

Glad to hear it worked out good, I've never had anything but good dealings with them. I won't do business with anyone else.
