Nead some recommendations on places to stay near Log Cabin on Cedar Creek. Never been down there, so I'm clueless. Will be going down in a few weeks for the weekend with the kids. Will be pulling the boat so would be nice to have a place that accommodates it.
Thanks

Kammans for sure. But, if they are booked, I know a great house on the water right next to Log Cabin that we normally rent for Champs. I can give you that info. Its a big place...we normally have 6-8 of us there each year.

Kamman's is certainly the best place. Plently of parking. Very close to the boat ramp (Log Cabin and the Henderson County ramps).
There are several chain motels in Gun Barrel City if Kamman's is full. Be sure to try out the breakfast at Kamman's.

Thanks Chris G, but that is probably gonna be more than I can afford for this trip. I'll give Kammans a call and see what they have.

I have stayed at the Country Inn as well and they are also a good place to stay and they have a good Mexican Restaurant on the grounds. You can't go wrong either way

There is an RV park on the same side of the lake as Log Cabin, they also have cabins for rent, it is between Camens and the public ramp on the left
