welcome to the forum! Good thick slabs there.What rockhopper said.after cleaning a few slabs,my son and I saved a few of the rib cages and fried them,not too bad!

welcome to the forum! Good thick slabs there.What rockhopper said.after cleaning a few slabs,my son and I saved a few of the rib cages and fried them,not too bad! The rib cages are good. I sometimes save the back bone on crappie and catfish after cutting filets. Good eatn pard!
