Cool--the Wmart closest to my house has some of those Tru Turns and the Eagle Claw Rotating worm hooks on the shelves.

Years ago I used these exclusively for worm fishing. Very high hook-up ratio. Back when I used them most hooks weren't the sharpest so I always hit them with a file before using. Started using the "newer" EWG hooks that are chemically sharpened and never sharpened another hook because all I will do is make it duller with a file. Got out of a habit of using the Tru-Turns but they are great hooks.

Still the best texas rig worm hook made, but you've gotta sharpen them. I can prove that they hook fish better than standard or off-set shank hooks.

I'd still use em if I could find em.. And I own a tackle store.. The 5/0 Brute is the [censored]..
The US government, who tests everything, spent a zillion dollars doing research to see which hook hooks more fish than any other..
And in every wet military survival kit you will find some red Tru Turns..
Honest..
