Yes jackie they unscrew at the bottom so I can move them around. Nothing to do with being cheap. I like working with my hands and saved some money. If I had the material I would build a yeti also.

Thanks. The hardest part was getting the bends right in the round stock. I used the thicker top wire of an old cattle panel for the holder part. I had some old square tubing laying around for the mount. I cut some circles out of old teflon cutting board, and put them under the holders so they would swivel. I bought the conduit plastic dip and bases. So all total I have around $10 a piece invested.
