I use 20lb pink Ande for the main line. I use sea guard Fluoro for a leader. Size depends on what and where I am fishing. No less than 12lbs though. As heavy as 25lbs

Power pro slick 30lb. Works fine for smaller sand bass really helps with big hybrids.

Sunline Super Sniper Fluoro 16 lb is my favorite, but it is a little on the expensive side. It is pretty amazing stuff.

You can buy it in bulk online.

Hard to beat 15 big game clear. If ya get get snagged it's hell breaking line to tie on new tackle!

Keep em tight!

I use 30# PowerPro only. We break a few rods on some really big fish, but we rarely lose a fish!

I've caught them up to 18 LB on 12 LB suffix. I use a fairly limber Shakespeare 7 foot ugly stick light and have the drag set pretty light. To me, line size is a trade off between being able to horse them in on 30 lb test and having enough to get my other pole reeled in before I hit the spool when I hang up trolling when it's windy.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

I use 20# Izorline deep blue. Some of the toughest line out there!
