Hey Big Tex. If you have a 3 bank charger they should all be AGMs. If you just charge trolling motor batteries they need to both be AGM and as someone said your charger has to be capable of charging AGM batteries. If you try to charge a flooded battery and an AGM with a 2 bank charger it could damage the charger and the batteries. I use a Pro Mariner charger and it comes with a screw in sensor for AGM batteries.

That is a LiFe battery. Not nearly as dangerous as a LiPo. I am not certain about the LiFe but LiPo batteries cannot stand the heat.
