Thanks Chuck, I made 2 cases of jelly and had a large quantity of grapes left over, so I wasn't going to waist them.
These grapes are from the Comal River. That small spot where you were turned onto to for the Rio's😜

lite liner in this region majority of the grapes are mustang and not muscadine grape. It's hard to tell, except for the maturity of the leaves. I really don't drink wine. I'm willing to try anything one time. It definitely looks scary and happy all at the same time. This will be bottled soon and I will no more in a couple of months

Tight lines fellows

I'm afraid to ask what that is on top of the bottle. If it's what I think it is you have provided a new excuse for why you need one in your wallet! roflmao

It has been a LONG time since I had some mustang grape wine. My neighbor's grandparents used to make it and we always got to be in on the drinking part of it! Not too bad as I recall. Enjoy.

Butch there used to be a ton of Mustang grapes behind Bell Helicopter on Trinty. With all the new construction ?? hard to say now. I had a friend that picked enough there to make a few case's of wine every year.

Nice going jugmaster, how did the wine turn out ??
