Fishing this weekend was great on Red River. Still a lot of good fish being caught. I have landed some fish using top water and slabs but 90% of my fish are still coming from runing live bait. Later in the day i have noticed some smaller fish chasing bait along the banks. I have opening this week give me a call to book your trips.

If you are not going to be there by this weekend I doubt you will be able to launch a big boat. The gates will be getting shut off shortly at this rate of discharge the lake will be down to 620 sometime this weekend unless they slow the release.
