Lake Murvaul gave up a few slabs today (about time). Didn't find a plum tree but did find a plum bush. Hated to leave them biting but I had all I wanted to clean. Fish were in about 15 fow and the bite was right at 10ft. Not 11 ft. or 9 ft. Caught most all the keepers on Bobby Garland shad in Monkey Milk and caught mostly dinks on Electric Chicken. Who knows?. No soft bites today, they would knock thunder from it. I like it!

That big fish almost looks like a 2 pounder, man those are some good looking fish. I wish they would start thundering it over this way. They have been lazy over here and seem to just hold it.

Never fished it but looking on Navionics it's a deep lake with lots of boathouses. Dove season's just around the corner so I may be out of pocket for a couple weeks.
