We went out on Saturday to catch a few Lake Fork Bream! Here is the problem about Fork and the big Bass chasing and grabbing them before you can get them in the boat! I know we saw some 10+ bass looking for an easy meal! It was a great day until it was time to clean them! It has been a long time coming!!!

Wow, huge haul! Im thinking next time I go to fork I'll bring the fly rod to catch some gills and then hook them on my conventional and go for the 10+

Big Bass love Bluegill! That is way Lake Fork has a very healthy Bass population as well as a Bluegill population. Lots of predator fish to help control the Gills and to keep nice healthy Bass.

That definately helps the bass population removing all those gills. thumb

Yes, the cleaning is work, but the reward is greater! food

Super HAUL! Good job. bow_down

Side Note: I got to make it up there and fish that lake at least once! Fork is one of the best fisheries in the United States.
