First off I would like to say I live on eagle mt, and so does my oldest son. Well he called and said lets try bass fishin this evening, so we went. We ended up fishing the rip rap outside lake view . A women comes down the dock behind us and says you can't fish here . I said excuse me. She said Iam asking you nice please stop fishing. I told her calmly we are not near your dock and we have every right to fish here. That's when she starts in with a screaming cussing rant that you better leave now. She stayed down there cussing until we fished the rip rap on around past her. I informed her there was a law against harassing fishermen and she shouted her name at me and said call game warden there busy right now. Which I new they were with a boating accident.
Has anyone else run into her with the same problem? If you have I suggest you call GW I am . I've had issues before on both sides as lake property owner and just out fishing but this women was

Was she on the lake view marina dock or one of the private docks?

Private dock but we weren't fishing it . She was screaming it's her$&&@@$ property now go at the top of her lungs. Lol she said her kids swim in there and she didn't like the hooks. I just wish lake property owners could all be taught what the laws are. I was just wondering if anyone else on here ran into her yet while fishing EM.

It's the first dock past lake view to the north . They dug out up next to rip rap when lake was low. Yea Brandon I was thinking the same thing , she really won't be happy with Sunday's tourney out there lol.

That's when I would drop the poles and really fish an area REALLY THOUROUGHLY. Haha. Yep. Hell, I might even open the cooler and have a snack and tight line a rod. Lol.

We should plan a "fish in" around her dock.
