 Spring fishing trip planning

Looking for some thoughts on a good week long spring trip in Texas for Bass. I normally go to Canada for a week but the trip is getting to be too long now that I live in TX.
If you had a week to spend in early April where would you go (besides Fork because I will be fishing there the rest of my weekends)
Any lodging recommendations/guides along with that would be great.

Toledo bend and stay at the fin and feather.
Went last April for a week with my dad and had an awesome time. Hope we get to go back again this coming spring.

Carlos Oliveras out of Falcon Heights Motel in Zapata guides trips there. We had 4 over 10lbs. there last March.
