 HDS 12 Gen 2 touch structure scan problems...

I have 2 hds 12 touch units with structure scan and spotlight scan. My downscan and spotlight scan works fine, but when I try to get to side scan there is no option for me to select side scan. I can touch the screen to change from downscan then to spotlight scan then it takes me back to downscan...its like its not offering the sidescan option...

Dillon, the Spotlight Transducer does not have Side Scan capabilities, however if your units are linked together via the yellow/orange Ethernet cable, then you can select the Structure Scan Transducer you probably have in the back of boat that will give you the side scan.

Rob, I talked to you yesterday on the phone and called lowrance just a minute ago. Lowrance is sayin that it could be a bad transducer.
