What is the best use for a good matched set ?

I use mine for skipping shakey heads under docks but that's because I can't skip a baitcast reel.

drop shot... tossing weightless plastics in hard to reach places... making exciting noises when fighting bigger fish! haha probably biggest benefit right there honestly... it's like your reel is going Ike when you hook into a good'n on spinning gear, just screaming its head off. Pulling drag on casting gear is so lackluster coming from spinning gear. I remember thinking my first baitcast reel must be defective when I had my first sizeable fish make runs on me and no sound came form it!
