The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be holding our eighth meeting of 2015 on Thursday August 6th. The meeting will be held at Bass Pro Garland downstairs in the restaurant patio. The meeting will start at 7:00PM.

We will be discussing the results of the July tournament on Cedar Creek. Come prepared to share your your expertise if you finished on the top 5. We will be discussing our August tournament coming up this Saturday at Lake Holbrook. Holbrook will provide it's own specific challenges because of its small size and how many boats we usually have so bring your patience. Tournament hours are 6-2 and you can find all details here in the Bass Club section. Remember, if you want to fish any RHBC tournament for the rest of the year you must be a member and you cannot join at the ramp, so come out and join the Club! We will also be choosing a ramp and tournament hours for our September tournament on Lake Cypress Springs.

We will be looking to get people paired up with a partner. If you need a ride or have an open back seat, we'll try and find someone for you to fish with! If you cannot come to the meeting, but have an open seat or need a ride, send me a PM or drop me an e-mail and we'll do what we can. We need to go over Top Six standings as well. This is the last tournament before we qualify the teams going to the Top Six and the points standings are extremely close! The Top Six Tournament is happening August 30th at Cedar Creek and we will get you all the info needed. We are still taking memberships for 2015. Membership costs $30.00 and that is a family membership. Parents, siblings and children are all included. See a Club Officer when you arrive and we will get you signed up! Remember, it is too late to qualify for the Club Championship at this time, but if you would like to fish the last three tournaments of the Club year, we'll get you taken care of. We will be going over our accommodations for the Club Championship at Lake Texoma. This is going to be a great time and remember, the Championship is a no entry fee tournament for those that qualify.

The lake is 11 feet over pool and falling, down from 29 feet over pool. It is falling over 1 foot per day. It should be back to normal by November. We are still 4 months out from the Championship so I am not concerned about it at this point.
