Lake Meredith has never ever been at full pool. Have any of the ramps ever been usable?

Where the marina was is open and real good Fritch Fortress is open and good no boat dock and they did away with the boat stickers. It's around 60' elevation now

I keep hearing of them but haven't seen one.The only thing I know for sure is channel cat and a bunch of carp.
