Looking for a 7'6" Ned spinning rod for inshore fishing that is easy on the budget. Was thinking about just getting an Uglystik but figured there would be a good suggestion. Not interested in expensive custom stuff. It will only be used occasionally.

What do you mean by easy on the budget? Perhaps a 100 dlr rod or were you looking to spend maybe 50 dlr?
