Need help identifying these fish. Have a ranch with the Pecos river as a boundary and my boys spent all day catching these with carp bait. They were even hitting spinners and swimbait.

Pretty sure it is the Gulf Killifish. Native to Salt/brackish water of the Gulf, but has been transported to a few Texas river's way upstream. There are tons of them in the Brazos River below Whitney and they make a fantastic baitfish.
