Had the pleasure of fishing with fellow tffer Michael Beaty today in a small cash tournament. I told him we were fishing for 5 or 6 bites and we would win. Well we boated 10-12 fish during the day but they were all the right ones, sure helped when Michael boated the 8lber. Beat my personal best string by a little over 2lbs today and we lost a few that would have helped. Was a great day to be on the water with temps right at 90 and a light breeze. All our fish came between 12-17ft and was about junk fishing 101. I knew the fish were there though we just had to entice them to bite.

Nice. Is that your lucky green shirt? Have worn it in the last 3 tournaments and have won all 3 most be the shirt or the beard.
