Power pole won't go down, when activating the switch you can hear the motor engage, fuse is good, but it won't fold down,fluid seems to be full,any ideas?

is the motor running or do you just hear a click? if it's a click, check the relays. you can get them at a auto parts.

it's over my head. switches, busted lines and wiring i can handle, but internal pump workings are out of my league.

Call Power Pole tech line , They are super helpful and if it is under warranty it will normally be coverd

only thing I can really think of is that you have a pinched or clogged line somewhere or that the pump has failed.
