 Can I still eat my Mahi Mahi!? Port A fishing

In Port A, just caught a 48" Mahi. When I was cleaning it there were brown raisin things in the meat. Is that normal, or should I throw it away?

they looked like little asps if i spelled it right... there was a bunch of them in the meat SO MY BETTER HALF TOLD ME WE WERENT GOING TO EAT IT...(but i put it in the deep freeze instead of throuwing it away in case it is still ok. sshhhhhh...) it was a nice one though, and the first time to get a dolphin out of port a. if someone can pm me their phone number i can send a pic o post. my wife posted the other for me. thanks for the help and lets catch some fish
